Who I Am?

I’ve spent my career bridging technology and business outcomes. After leading services sales and transformation programs at HP Inc. across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, I founded IT Services Demystified (ITSD) to help organizations sell, deliver, and negotiate IT services that truly create impact.
I’ve worked with start-ups and multinationals, across public and private sectors. I understand the operational, cultural, and governance realities that make each project unique.
Today, I’m focused on helping teams simplify complex services, strengthen client trust, and secure measurable results.
